With the launch date of the upcoming Intel 13th Gen CPU series drawing near, Intel started sending out review kits to members of the media and distributors for early reviewing. We get to see these review kits, thanks to German retailer and YouTuber Caseking, who was among the first to receive the kits.
The Review Kits Delivered Include Only Core i9-13900K and Core i5-13600K.
In the unboxing video of the media kit, Caseking shows that it includes only two SKUs, the Core i9-13900K (8P+16E configuration), and Core i5-13600K (6P+8E configuration), but no Core i7-13700K.
The box, which shows the Intel logo on the top, also includes a massive shot of the Raptor Lake-S die which features a 24 cores (8P+16E configuration), and a printed sheet preserved in an acrylic ornament, on one side of the sheet is the specs of the three Raptor Lake Core family, the Core i9-13900K, Core i7-13700K, and Core i5-13600K, and on the other side another shot of the Raptor Lake die.
Other members of the media, and reviewers should receive their kits very soon, and start reviewing the new CPUs thanks to the fact that Raptor Lake supports the existing 600 series motherboards.
