According to the EEC registration, ASRock just registered Intel Arc A580 CLD (Challenger D) model. EEC is a registry where companies submits their upcoming products, which means they may appear on the shelf very soon.

So far Intel has launched the Arc A770, A750, and A380, with Arc 580 yet to get an official release date. The A580 is going to feature 24 Xe-Cores, 8 GB of GDDR6 memory, 1700 MHz clock, 512 GB/s of bandwidth, and TDP of 175W. So far nothing has been confirmed regarding the price.
